Chemist : Quality Control
Must have minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and three year lab experience. Perform chemical analysis in Quality Control lab of raw materials, finished products, stability, process validations, or methods development. May require use of respirator for specific job functions. Formulation Chemist R & D
Formulate new liquids and semi-solid dosage forms. Write production batch records and monitor the manufacturing of exhibition batches. Work closely with production to keep the continuous improvement of products. Develop formulations for new products to support the requirements for IND, NDA's and ANDA's. Write production batch records for new products to be followed by production. Provide all required documentation to Regulatory Affairs in support of the formulation portions of regulatory submissions. Review manufacturing reports and protocols. Provide technical assistance and support to manufacturing on production problems. Individuals must have the education, knowledge and experience to perform the job. Physical requirements include lifting 35 kilograms, stand/walk on hard surface for extended periods, and normal corrected visual acuity and color vision. Some operations may require the use of a respirator. EEO/AAP Employer.
